This meal was incredibly easy and yielded an unexpected level of flavor. Factor in the low calorie count and I will be sure to make this one again!

I loved this recipe because you can change up all the ingredients and you don't have to measure anything. Also, living alone it was easy to use this cooking method to just make one chicken breast.

I stuffed my chicken breast with the lemon and tons of garlic, plus 2 good-sized stalks of fresh rosemary, and a handful of sun-dried tomatoes. It was excellent!

Overall, the chicken was good. It was a bit on the bland side, but I will add more salt next time. It was incredibly moist though.

This chicken dish was good but not as flavorful as I thought it would be. The chicken was very moist though. This recipe was just "okay" for us.

The title of this recipe is accurate, but it needs the word "moist" as well. This chicken came out full of lemon and herb flavor and was very tender. My husband and I went back for seconds!

This recipe is really quick and therefore gave it 5 stars eventhough it could have more flavor, but then it wouldn't be as quick.
I substituted half of the broth with wine and it gave the chicken more flavor.

I've been trying to cook a little healthier and this recipe fits the bill. It took no time at all to prepare. It was a little bland for my taste, but I think adding a little extra spice or marinating the chicken first might help.

This chicken recipe was wonderful! I made it because the chicken was on sale and it was cheap! I made it along with some baked asparagus and homemade mashed potatoes. Thinking about making that again tonight it was so good!
