Am I the only one who's noticed that there's no parmesan in this chicken parm recipe?
I'm going to try & modify it to use parmesan because otherwise looks like a really nice recipe. Mozzarella has a significantly milder flavor compared to parmesan, so we'll see. Will report on the result later but so far just seems like it's not very aptly named!

This recipe is a keeper. I used dried basil, since that was what I had on hand. I think that fresh basil would be best to use for next time.

This was a simple recipe and for the time a very good sauce too. If you like heat with your parmesan chicken you may want to try Emril's classic Parmesan recipe. I made his omiting the breading amd it was really impressive.

This is the easiest and most delicious Chicken Parmesan. I used the baked method and it was fantastic. Most of all, the kids gobbled it up!

This is very quick and easy to make. The chicken cooks up tender and the sauce is wonderful leftover on pasta. The aroma of the garlic warming in the oil is fantastic!

Loved this recipe! It was pretty simple to make, which I wasn't expecting. I doubled up on the recipe for the whole family and it turned out great. The only thing I did differently was I bought marinara sauce instead of making my own (Ragu Original Marinara sauce was really good. I also bought whole milk cheese instead of skim milk in a block and grated it myself. Will definitely be making this again very soon!
