I had been staring at a bag of frozen long beans in my freazer for a long time. I did the recipe using the beans only and it was just delicious. I used garlic from a jar and olive oil and it turned out great. I will do this over and over and next time maybe even put the meat in.

I made this for my family with Jasmine Rice and it was phenominal!! Even the kids ate it. I did substitute Turkey for the Pork, but it was still great.
