I tried this recipe expecting to have a light lunch. A friend stopped by and then my husband tried a bowl. Needless to say, the pot was empty and I made another the next day. Taste is great and it's quick for busy families. Thanks!

I make this soup almost every week! However, I use 1/2 Tb of oil, 1/8 cup of the cheese, and cut out the tortellini. When I do that, it makes a great 0 point soup for those of us on Weight Watchers! Don't laugh...I'm at 65 pounds - and only have 35 more to go!! Enjoy!

This dish was so easy and very tasty. I couldn't believe how delicious the broth came out. I used mushroom tortolini and it was very good. I had leftovers the next day and the broth was soaked up into the pasta, so it was more like a pasta dish and less like a soup. It still tasted very good, though. Enjoy!

My boyfriend loves this recipe. It's quick and one of the "Kit" meals, so I always have the ingredients for this meal on hand.

This is one of the easiest and most delicious soups I've ever tried. You can't go wrong with garlic, a little onion, chicken broth and cheese filled tortellini! How easy to get in a serving of veggies with the spinach! You will NOT regret trying this soup! Try it with some crusty bread - yummy! I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks Kathleen!
