Apple Cider Panini

  1. Preheat a panini press.
  2. Use a serrated knife to cut the doughnut in half horizontally. Spread with ricotta cheese and top with a few pieces of apple, a slight drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cook in the panini press until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
