Buffalo Chicken Bagel Spread

Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts (from about 2 breasts)
  • One 8-ounce block cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (I like Frank's)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
  • Put the chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, yogurt, chives, salt and pepper in a bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until creamy. Spread on a toasted bagel. Yum!
