I took the advice of previous cooks and doubled the receipe. Also, I added 1-2 tsps grated lime zest to the batter and baked everything for 30 mins. I took this to a friend's house for a weekend football game and everyone kept insisting I bought it. We served it with whipped cream and it was heavenly!!

This is an easy recipe that tastes great. Rave reviews at the party I took it to. Only problem is that you need to double the recipe to make a normal size pie.

Good pie, but it only lasts one-two days.

Buy a 10" pie crust and double up on all the wet ingredients and you will be living large. 1/2 cup of juice is about 1 Lb of key limes.

I have been craving lemons and limes like crazy ever since about week 18 of my pregnancy....this lime pie was not only super easy to make...but SOOO GOOD. It seriously fulfilled that craving. I wish I could have the whole pie all to myself. It was a hit in my house tonight. I might have to make another one tomorrow.

Having a bag full of these little tart gems I hoped for a recipe that made my mouth pucker and my heart sing. This recipe nearly did that by increasing the lime juice to 1/3 cup. The results were a success, judging by the fact my family devoured this in one evening. Each bite explodes with a perfect combination of sweet and tart flavour. The recipe was just limey enough without being bitter and the graham cracker crust balances out the sweetness.
