We made these for our yearly Boxing day brunch and they were absolutely wonderfully fluffy and plain yummy! The recipe is easy to make and you can freeze them in pairs for school mornings! We add banana and shaved chocolate. Talk about decadence!

The most unbelievable, light, airy pancakes with crisp edges and lots of fruit! Makes enough for 48 pancakes, so I always cut the recipe in half.
If you go to Key West, hit Blue Heaven before 9am.
Richard's pancakes are great, but his Lobster Benedict with Key Lime Hollandaise is out of this world.
