It was easy, flavorful and family enthusiastically devoured it. Served over angel hair pasta.

I agree with some of the other reviewers, this had good flavor but was nothing too exciting. I served over pasta instead as well. Beware, this does make a lot.

The flavor was good, but not impressive. I prefer it served over spaghetti than rice. It's like a simple homemade dish but doesn't stand out as anything I'd want to add to my list of recipe.

I loved this, it was easy to make but the prep time took me a little longer, I highly suggest extra garlic!

I made this with baby bella mushrooms and pinot grigio wine and I added some black pepper and more tomato paste. The sauce was divine on angel hair pasta. I think next time I will use spaghetti or linguine because this sauce can definitely handle it. I used skinless thighs and cooked it longer than called for. The flavor is superb...the chicken is great but almost an afterthought once you get that sauce in your mouth. I can see no reason for making any other kind of red sauce this was so great!!

This dish was DELISH!!! I served it over saffron rice and everyone (including my son, who "doesn't eat mushrooms or peppers"...lol! loved it! I used boneless chicken thighs because that is what I had on hand, and they were so tender and moist, everything just melted in your mouth! I did season the chicken before browning it and added more spices (I am Greek and Italian, therefore very much a "SPICE GIRL"!. I will surely be making this again.
