Absolutely delicious!!! I will definitely be making this again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I made a few adjustments, I didn't use the grains of paradise, it tasted fine without. The Island salsa was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just perfect!! I give this recipe a high recommendation!

I've been wanting to make my own sorrel ever since I saw this episode. His story was so amazing and inspiring...it was good to see someone on the show that also has carribean ties that loves to grill too. Can't wait to make this his jerk sauce too

I had a 1 pound fish so I halved the recipe, including using 2 peppers instead of 4. Maybe for some reason this receipe is meant to be halved, but the Habanero's killed me. The heat was unbearful. The salsa was great but even that couldn't cool the heat.

I liked the surpise ingredients, grains of paradise, and the star fruit. I have not made the dish yet but it is on my Top 5 things to do list. The chef was also very articulate and easy to follow. Thanks Bobby for having such a interesting guest.
    I really enjoyed the show.

    Peppery,
and delicious. If you are in a pinch, you could just substitute some fresh ground pepper, but it won't be quite the same.

Excellent recipe! Wonderful salsa. Mmmmmm. Loved it. A little bit of time and effort, but anything tasty is well worth it.
