These cupcakes were fantastic!! My husband didn't really care for them, but everyone else did! So moist and full of flavor.I'm about to go make some right now for my sister-in-law who called and requested some for Memorial day. Probably the only thing I changed was the frosting. It didn't taste like anything special so I added cream cheese to it and presto, that set it off!

Not a fan-dense hockey pucks! The cooking time is way less than it says. I cooked them for 15 minutes and they were dry and dense and no key lime flavor.

I used fresh key lime juice, but the key lime flavor wasn't obvious, all I can get from the cupcake is coconut flavor.
After reading the reviews, I cut down the amount of sugar in the frosting, but that made the frosting not firm enough yet still too sweet.

Fantastic, easy, and a major hit at work! I added toasted coconut for my garnish. I will definitely make again.
Note - the frosting can get REALLY sweet; I didn't add all of the powdered sugar and am glad that I only added about 3/4 of what the recipe called for.

I have made these twice and each time I got tons of compliments. So much more flavorful than a more traditional cupcake!

These are awesome! I baked them twenty five minutes and they were perfect! You will want to double this recipe to have more to enjoy! They are easy but a little bit of work for barely a dozen.

This is a great cupcake! Just the right amount of lime flavoring. I did have to bake them for 30 minutes instead of the 25 minutes suggested. I added toasted coconut in addition to the zested lime on top.

Oh my gosh! These cupcakes are AH-MAZING! I love them so much. They are just perfect amount of lime flavor and a little bite of coconut. The only flaw is the frosting needs more lime, we just added the zest and more juice. Otherwise, they are the best cupcakes you will eat!

These had a great flavor, and the white chocolate frosting is perfect for them. We like our lime-flavored desserts lightly limey, so this was just perfect, but if you like a strong lime flavor, I'd double the lime juice in the cupcake.

this was an amazing cupcake!! even though it says 14 cupcakes, i followed the recipe exactly and it made 19 cupcakes. i had to bake them for 30 minutes instead of 25 but that didnt matter cuz they turned out delicious! i would have put a little less coconut tough. the icing was even better than the cake! If you decide to double the cake recipe i would keep the icing amount the same as it made more than enough for 19 cupcakes. i will definately use this recipe again! even my mother, who isnt crazy about coconut, gave them 2 thumbs up!
