As SOON as I saw these on Food Network, I went out to buy everything I needed to make them. They are amazing! The cake is moist and flavorful, and the frosting is delicious. I didn't want to buy a whole bag of key limes, so I just used the zest from a regular lime and key lime juice. They turned out fabulous. Thanks for the recipe! I most definitely will be making these again and I've already recommended the recipe to friends!

I made this as a cake, but the icing was way too "greasy", due to the 2 sticks of butter. Think when I make it again (and I WILL but use a lighter icing with Key Lime juice in it also. Thank you

These just melt in your mouth, I did add the extra stick of butter in the frosting, like Jamie recommended. It is so good. However it did make enough for 24 cupcakes instead of the 12 the recipe makes. This is a keeper recipe, thanks Jamie.

I just made these cupcakes tonight for a group of friends and everyone went crazy over them. They are delicious. I disagree with the reviewer before me- the frosting did not need an extra stick of butter and turned out smooth and creamy.
The frosting recipe is enough to cover 2 dozen cupcakes (I like to lightly frost instead of mounding frosting on top. I will definitely make these again!

I wanted to let you all know that the recipe for the white chocolate frosting has an error as written. There should be 1 full cup (2 sticks of butter in the frosting, not one stick. The frosting will not be very creamy without the additional stick of butter. I hope you enjoy the recipe. Jamie
