Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Liquor 43
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-flavored vodka
  • 2 tablespoons Key lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Directions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Liquor 43, vodka, Key lime juice and cream. Cover, shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

    Great martini... I use a little less lime juice, it can be overpowering. I also wet the rim of the glass with lime juice and... then "rim" the glass with finely crushed graham cracker crumbs... just like salt on a margarita. Your guests will love it!!Read more

    This is a great recipe for a key lime martini. Licor 43 isn't too popular in the US, but I happened to have some and I bought... an extra 5th last time I was in Mexico so I could make more of these. My friend Amy always has me bring the ingredients to her house when we're in the mood for martinis!Read more
