As far as I can see only 1 person actually tried the recipe and posted a review. THAT is what this site is for, to review the recipe... not the show it was presented on. That said, we tried the recipe after viewing Grill It and was very pleased with the combination of the kabobs. We were already doing a teriyake marinaded beef kabob and usually put some veggies on the skewers. Just made a little extra teriyake marinade and measured some out for Kitty's ingredients. Have to tell you the pear was delicious and the sweet potato also. A very good change of pace for summer bbq fare. TRY THIS RECIPE!

Great recipe and this tastes SO good! It is super easy to make. I've made it twice and everyone who tries it, loves it. No changes or modifications are needed.

I agree, Katie should have her own show, need more "lightened up" dishes on Food Network. Thanks to Katie for showing us a few light tricks on the grill.

My mother and I watched this episode together, We were knocked over by Kitty's charm. I don't know when such chemistry between host and guest was so much fun to watch. They were spontaneous and both had great recipes that we will be cooking this weekend. Kitty needs to be on FN. Good choice Bobby!!

Did nobody else in this thread see the look of horror on Flay's face when Kitty said she was brushing her biscuits with MARGARINE?! Or when she put diet ginger ale in her "sangria"? She seems like a nice lady and all, but these recipes are Redbook circa '59.

I saw this show when it originally aired in August and just thoroughly enjoyed watching it again! I agree with the others who reviewed it -- please bring back Kitty! She is so genuine -- and her recipes are indeed "kick butt"! I love her easy banter with Bobby Flay and am inspired by the fact that she has lost so much weight, while not sacrificing the flavor of her food! She definitely needs her own show as she would bring a very fresh perspective to those of us who are trying to eat more healthy these days, but still crave great tasting food! At the very least, she should be on The Next Food Network Star! She'd for sure have my vote for her own show!!!

I just watched Grill it with Bobby Flay and his guest, Kitty. I agree with all the viewers too, she is a trip! A breath of fresh air! She has personality, charm, wit , smarts, and I was glued to the tv watching and listening to her and Bobby talk food!
Wow, somebody grab her quick and get her back on the show!
