I made this from my mom on mother's day and she loved it!! I couldn't find guave shells so i just used more guava jelly and some more strawberries. I also used challah bread instead and it worked great. The only thing I would've done differently would be to blend the almonds and corn flakes in a food prosessor so it could stick better to the bread. This will go right into my receipe book :
