whats missing in this recipe is the house seasoning... correct me if I am wrong, but I don't see it in the recipe.

OMG, about a year ago I had some ground lamb to use up, and being a food network junkie, found this recipe. It was so good, that I have made it several times, the last time being last week. When I saw it on DDD, I said, "Hey, that's my lamb slider recipe!". Sooo cool to see something that I have cooked in action on TV, even though I know they did it first, and I just missed it!

My husband and I tried these Saturday, after seeing this episode of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. They were amazing. I haven't tried to make them myself... yet! Way to go Chef Olive and thanks Guy for finding amazing food, right in our "backyard"!!

My husband and I had this lamb burger at the restuarant indicated. We then saw the TV show w Guy, copied the recipe,made it AND believe it was identical to that we ate in the Chicago restaurant featured on Guy's show.. Thanks Guy. Hope your employer continues to support your triple D show.
