Only made the salad but it was very good! I added some wax beans and some grilled sweet corn that I happened to have on hand. Loved the variety of textures and flavors.

Made the chicken and thought it was excellent. I saw the reviews suggesting to marinade the chicken before cooking but I ran out of time and still thought the flavor was great. Already sent to my mom and sisters suggesting they try it, too!

I decided to make this chicken dish at the last minute because I had all the ingredients on hand. OMG...it was out of this world! I did not have time to marinate the chicken as some suggested, so I was concerned I might be disappointed. I didn't even use all fresh herbs. The only fresh herb I had left in my garden that lived through this winter's freeze was rosemary. The other herbs I used were dried. I made sure to use up all the herb/garlic/EVOO mixture so the chicken was well coated with it. The chicken turned out awsome...moist, fragrant, flavorful, and beautiful! I will definately make this again and again. Can't wait to try the bean salad and asparagus, also.

I thought the sides that accompanied the chicken were fantastic! I have made the bean salad quite a few times and my boyfriend and I both love them - and I don't even like green beans! Asparagus was also great. the chicken was alright, but was upstaged by the sides.

Don't worry about the Cannellini beans, they just add mushy mealiness. The pesto is good but lacks a little spice- jalapeno maybe. My husband says he doesn't like mint. He didn't even notice it. The asparagus was fabulous- I will make this again. The chicken was fine but I marinaded it for 4 hours. So much for the 30 minute meal, but who am i kidding? Am I the only one who can not make RR recipes in 30. I will make this again in variations, which is why I rated it a 3.

everyone agreed that the chicken was flavorless and not worth the effort, but the asparagus was really yummy and the salad was super and even better the next day. the salad recipe is a keeper in muy recipe box

I have only made the chicken so far and absolutely love it. Our family prefers the chicken thighs for this recipe. We cook it out on the grill and it is a hit with everyone.

I made this once for my family, and once while we were staying with my mother in law. When I made it for my family, we put it on the outdoor grill. It was very good. Then at my in-law's, I made the recipe in the oven - even better! My mother in law even asked for the recipe. I will use this over and over again.

I whipped up the chicken this afternoon seeing as I had everything on hand (I never use the entire container of fresh herbs so I freeze the leftover and always have sage, thyme, rosemary on hand in the freezer *don't try this with chives or parsley by the way*. I let it marinate 3 hours and it was so moist and flavorful! I think next time I will let it marinate even longer. I added honey and reduced the EVOO in the marinade as well. I sliced the chicken breast and served it over a romaine and raspberry salad dressed with balsamic vinegar and it was just fantastic. The men in my family enjoyed the leftover chicken as clubs on a roll with bacon, mayo, onion, lettuce, and tomato. SO quick and effortless with a wonderful result
! I especially loved the fennel- don't leave this out!!! I can't wait to try the beans and asparagus as they sound WONDERFUL!
