    Great for Colds and Flu's

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This ginger toddy is also great for flu's and colds. The ginger settles the stomach and helps the immune system, the honey... helps loosen congestion and also aids the immune system, the lemon is a decongestant and will dry up the sinuses, so only use if you don't have the dry hacking cough. It could be considered a home-made Nyquil, especially if a little rum is added.Read more
