Made them for a family reuinion. Very easy and simple. Used a food processor to make the crust. Very flavorful. Kids enjoyed them, I did increase the juice and added a little cornstarch.

I made these for my nephew's birthday and they were a big hit. Flaky crust and moist refreshing lemon curd on top. DELICOUS!

These were really very good, but the recipe doesn't say what to do with the zest of one lemon that's listed in the ingredients. I added it to the curd right before pouring it over the crust. These were tart/sweet and delicious!

This recipe was a hit with my entire family and I am making them again for Easter dessert. Very easy and delicious.
