So I tried this and cooked it for the 40 minutes the recipe said (even though I thought that might be a bit long for the oven temp and indeed it ended up burning. Then if you look at the top of the page it says "total cooking time: 15 min". That sounds more like it! Despite it being burnt, it seemed like it would have been good. I'll try it again.

I only made the granola and I've made it several times. I am officially addicted to it. Delicious and very easy.

Made it all yogurt, granola and berries, this was the best fruit granola parfait I have ever had, even my husband who is not a big yogurt eater really enjoyed it!!! This is the best homemade granola I've tried yet. Thanks

I usually shy away from granolas because they are so high in fat and not anywhere near as "healthy" as they think they are. I made this and just used what I had on hand which was raw almonds and dried cranberries/raisins/blueberries and bananas. Didn't have any flax seed but I may try that next time. It was great. I have it with a carton of yogurt each morning and figure my cardiologist would be proud. And it's really yummy!!

We didn't try the yogurt but decided to make the granola. The recipe was easy to follow and the granole was excellent. We added a touch of fresh nutmeg and used walnuts, dried pineapple-cherries-bluberries... absolutely wonderful combination.

I just made this granola, the first time I've ever made granola, and my fiance and I LOVE it!!!!! I added slightly more brown sugar, honey, and cinnamon , as I have a major sweet tooth and I love cinammon, and it was still not too sweet. It isn't a chunky granola, but is easy to eat with a spoon. We each had a small bowl before it even cooled and it was delicious. (in fact, my fiance had 3 bowls!! I'm sure it would great on yogurt or ice cream too!! I also added walnuts and left out the banana chips (only b/c I didn't have any .. easy recipe to adapt to what's in your pantry. T. O'Gorman, Eagle, Idaho

The granola was easy and delicious. I immediately had yogurt with my new granola and it was awesome. I added dried blueberries, cranberries, raisins, and apricots. It was enough without the bananas
