    Really enjoyed this soup. It makes a lot and the recipe says "serves 8 to 10" so I'd say that's about right. The addition of red wine and parmesan really took it over the top!

    Amazingly delicious!! Thank you Ina! I usually adjust and play around with recipes but this one is perfection! Had plenty left over to freeze several servings. I did substitute sprouted green lentils for health factor. Make it - you won't regret it!

    This soup is delicious and it is so easy to throw together. I made the exact recipe the first time through and had a bunch left over so I froze it and enjoyed it for some time after. I have to say the added parmesan (freshly grated is the perfect touch. I am making it again as we speak!

    This was the most amazing soup. Even my picky husband and children really loved it. In fact they asked me to make more to freeze for later on.

    This soup was amazing ! I didnt add leeks or celery and I substituted red wine vineger with apple cider vineger. I also used vegetable stock instead of chicken stock. Sooooooooooo good.

    Way to much for two. cut everything in half and I twicked the recipe a bit. I used the trick with the parmeson rind. Omitted the tomatoe paste and used 1 can Rotel chopped tomatoes with lime and cilantro. It was just the heat I like. Great!

    Ina's show is one of my favorites...I made this great soup and my husband was really impressed. I am not much of a cook but this was really easy to follow and easy to make!!
    I think cooking and entertaining should be easy, thanks Ina for all of your great easy to follow recipes.

    This soup was not that great. I love Ina's recipes but I don't think soup is her thing. This is the 2nd one I've tried and will not make again.

    This is crazy good, but it makes a ridiculous amount of soup. I think I'll be eating it for about a month.
