Wonderful! I used regular Italian sausage because thats what I had on hand but other than that I followed the recipe. I'll make again for sure!

Easy, tasty and satisfying. Next time, i am going to try a spicier sausage rather than the sweet italian, for a little extra zip....and i think i'd try a spaghetti as the wheat angel hair gets lost in the tomato sauce. Overall, really great, and lots of room to play with this one (add corn and a mexican cheese and a little jalapeno...

Just the right mix of veggies and the chicken sausage really makes for a tasty substitute for ground beef! Somehow, angel hair pasta doesn't feel as guilty as regular spaghetti. I was a little skeptical about just plain crushed tomatoes, but the marriage of flavors was a good one. Delicious and so easy!! I like the reviewer's idea to make this with crushed red pepper for those of you who want some extra spice, but I loved it as is.

Great dish! My husband and daughter both loved it so much they asked for it to be added to the monthly rotation. I used a chicken sausage without casing, but instead of crumbling in the pan as the directions say, I just sliced them up so there would be good size pieces. I also used reduced fat cheese by Sargento. It melts well without the greasiness. Would never have thought it was "light" if I hadn't made it myself.

This was really delicious! Surprisingly so, actually. It tastes like comfort food but not heavy. The sausage really makes it and it's just the right amount of cheese. I omitted the water addition, afraid it to be too watery. Good call. Consistency was perfect!

Very tasty. I had cooked and seasoned chop meat that I used and added some additional Italian seasonings, garlic powder and onion powder. Was definitely a keeper and will try it with chicken sausage if I can find one with low sodium.
