Used as fondue! Was awesome! Followed recipe until the "balling-stage" warmed it slightly in microwave and transfered to electric fondue pot. Kept it on low, used pound cake, pretzels, strawberries, and bananas for dippers. Served at a New Year's day party! Was devoured! :D

I like the flavor, easy to mix up. Very hard to scoop out and roll in your hands into a ball as the chocolate just melts like crazy in your hands. Tried to dip them in milk chocolate, but the milk chocolate just fell right off the ball - didn't stick. I went back over my recipe to see if I missed something. Seems I followed it to a T. Frustrated.

Very nice soft rich truffle's that you can't stop eating! I think they are the best truffle's ever!

These are pretty easy to make. To make it easier to get them out of the melon scooper dip it in hot water, wipe it dry and go for the chocolate. I used half milk, half dark, wich tasted very good. I was not able to taste the liqour very much in the truffels.
Unless you are a chocolate lover, you might feel like " it is chocolate and more chocolate".
