    Watch the cook time on the cookie. I baked mine for 22 min and it got a little brown. Also, since I don't really like cream cheese and even the low fat stuff's not that good for you, I used nonfat plain greek yogurt and added the lemon zest to that. I also used one of those sugar free drink powders to give the yogurt a fruit flavor without adding any sugar. You could also use cool whip, but the second ingredient on that is corn syrup.

    Wonderful! Mostly healthy ingredients. We used strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, and peaches. Yum!

    use whatever fruit you want; I skipped on the bananas and instead used strawberries, nectarines, kiwi, blueberry and blackberries
