Just a thought, but whenever I have made "baked fries" I have always used 400 degrees F. and they do only take about 25 min. haven't actually made this recipe but have made several batches of other "baked fries" and always at 400.

I did not try the ketchup, the fries were OK. They took A LOT longer to cook than 25 min. More like 50 minutes. Also, I would recommend using more olive oil.

These fries taste fantastic once they're done - soft and flavorful. My oven cooks everything else normally and the potatoes were thinly cut, but my fries took a full 50 minutes to bake. I didn't try the ketchup this time, but plan to some day.
