Fan-tastic. I forgot the orange juice, used a hot curry, and did beef instead for the satay. and I reduced it for about half an hour to get the right consistancy. I also missed the hot sauce in the sauce and skipped the candy and pretzels. I reduced the sauce for half an hour and it was to die for. You could just make the satay and it would still be delish.

I made this dinner for my boyfriend and he and I both loved it. It is the perfect combination of crunch and sweetness. Not too much or too little.

This recipe was easy because we could prepare most of it ahead of time. We added a little chili paste to the sauce to give it a little kick. We couldn't find the candy bar, so we just crushed honey roasted peanuts and added a little brown sugar. It all turned out delicious!
