I love this little snack. I mixed everything together and baked it at 350 for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yummm

I bought raw pepitas by mistake (my husband is the pepita fan, but prefers them roasted and this recipe saved the day. He suggested I roast the raw seeds and add some cayenne. Of course, I turned immediately to food network.com for a recipe. I generally don't even like pepitas, but LOVED them roasted this way. Another keeper! P.S. I used a baking sheet and roasted them in the oven at 375 instead of on the stovetop.

In this family pumpkin seeds are enjoyed as much as pizza! They're gone before the chef has a chance to try them!!! Great recipe.....
