    I am very happy that you are an IRON CHEF and you are. I live in Utah and me and my family went all the way to Philly just to go to
    AMADA, but it was allready closed for lunch when we got there. Then we decided to come back for dinner and we come back to late so we could not enjoy your delicious food. I had watched all your challenges and I see how you use the ingredients Iam proud of you!

    This is one of the few recipies I would have preferred to have phots and/or a video. I don't use much dairy when I cook because family members are Lactose intolerant. (They sometimes get upset because I can eat almost anything! LOL But this sounds great and I will try it when others visit and we have several dishes - as we usually do when company comes.

    I have tried Chef Garces other recipies and love what he brings to the world of cooking!

    I am a big fan of the show, has been since the beguining. The day that you won we made a party in our house with our families and loves ones.

    Loved the recipe// need to work on judging doneness... However I do want to say how freaking proud I was when you won Next Iron Chef, Chef Garces! Being from Philadelphia I naturally was rooting for you but having eaten at Amada, I was betting on you to win and win you did and so did I. So....Bravo! Comgratulations! And can't wait to see you defeat your next challenger.

    This dish was(excuse me is extrordinary! I loved it so did my family and friends. I invited them over to enjoy it with me. Thanks Chef Garces! I'm glad you won Iron Chef. You were my favorite from the beginning. Looking forward to other great dishes and watching you on Iron Chef!

    Tried your recipe and it was great! ( I had no doubts. I know this is not the right forum but congrats on your win! You were my favorite all the way. You were very professional and showed a lot of class unlike some others. And I am so glad that awful, unprofessional, nasty judge Jeffrey is eating his words! He was more worried about winning and argument and being right than doing what he was being paid to do. GO GARCES!

    It was stressful but a wonderful win for you. Hope your new recipes can make Jeffery eat his words on your dishes and your ability. He was really harsh and it seemed that the current Iron Chefs were really behind you!!!!
    I am really looking forward to following you as I did in the last 10 weeks!!!
