    I knew you would win and be The Next Iron Chef after eating at your Chicago restaurant, Mercat a la Planxa last month! The concerige had recommended it and my collegues and I have not stopped talking about the meal we had there! it was AMAZING! I will be trying this recipe for sure and buying your cookbook and following your career for many years to come! Congratulations again!
