Amazing taste. HOWEVER, if you do not watch the show or the video, you would never know to cut the tails after boiling them.................no mention of this in recipe?

OMG! What a simple but awesome flavor profile. The first time that I made this, it was so good that I cried. I made this recipe for entertaining a few friends. They absolutely loved it. One of these days, I will get to visit one of Graham's restaurants. Just a home cook. If I can do it, you all can. Thanks Graham.

I am so happy that we can finally see some of Graham Elliot here on food network. I am such a fan of his career and he has really hit main stream respect due to MasterChef. This recipe was so good and was inhaled by my carnivors!! Thank you for finding a way to bring lobster...yummmmm, and deep frying together.
