    Love this dish and this restaurant. Small, family owned and run wonder hidden in a strip mall on the north side of Chicago. And don't forget the Music to go with all of the wonderful food

    I have made this recipe seveal times and it is wonderful!! Easy, flavorful, and yummy!!

    Love it with the fries, but if you aren't in a fry mood, toss the Saltado over some rice.....still excellent.......

    A great recipe I'm not much of a cook honestly the kitchen is my favorite place to be. This was great my family loved it! No leftovers lol....

    This recipe far exceeded my expectations. This is one of my most favorite recipes I have ever made. A definite repeat. My husband said he preferred it to the Peruvian restaurants we have tried where we live.
