Made the whole meal from the magazine ... delicious !! The London broil was fantastic the next day as a sandwich on French bread.

I made this tonight for the first time and had amazing results. The marinade was fantastic. Putting the heavy skillet on top to help with the searing was a great idea. It came out amazing and my husband said that this is his favorite meal that I've made so far! Definately try it!

I received my new copy of the Food network magazine. I new I had to try this one I saw it. It was wonderful. The flavor of the herb butter was a great combination. I will say this, I personally don't add salt to anything, except for what a recipe calls for, but 1 tablespoon for tthe pan was to much. I added only about a teaspoon and that was just fine. I also cooked the Onion rings that were wtih the recipe in the magazine and it was just a great combination with the steak. Everyone loved it .
