This recipe is nothing short of outstanding. We soak the salmon in milk getting rid of any kind of fishy
taste. Also, added a couple pieces of garlic. And put some olive oil on the
bottom of the pan so it wouldn't stick.
This recipe is easy and very, very delicious. This is in my "best recipes" folder.
Really, you've got to try this one.
    You won't be dissapointed!

This dish was a snap to prepare and was very tasty. I decided to wrap it in foil and make it on the grill, which made cleanup a breeze. I bet this would be good on a campfire, too.

This is super easy and delicious. I made it for my family and they loved it on both salmon and chicken! The recipe for the feta spread makes MORE than enough for 5 or 6 pieces of salmon...so I would half the amount the recipe calls for if only making a dinner for two!

This dish was very easy and so delicious! It looks pretty fancy too. I spread the feta spinach over a whole salmon filet instead of sandwiching it between two pieces. 20 minutes wasn't quite enough time- I prefer my salmon dryer- but what a great housewarming party I had!
