This marinade was so good!! I used it for the first time, and cooked it for my entire family. Everyone loved it! I used Italian seasoning, but did not have any onion on hand, so I omitted it. I'll be using this recipe many times in the future.

Delicious, moist, almost too salty. Would definitely make again but I might subtract just a pinch of salt next time. I made the marinade exactly as stated except tripled it for the 2 bone-in breasts and 4 drumstick that I charcoal grilled with the skin left on. Happy I found this easy recipe.

VERY DELICIOUS! I used all the ingredients called for in the recipe except for the red onions. I forgot to buy those and ended up using the yellow ones, instead. I marinated the chicken over night and grilled them on stove top using a grill pan. Would definately make this again!

this is a very good grilled chicken marinade. I changed it slightly by using a blood orange balsamic and shallot instead of red wine vinegar and red onion. The orange-basil flavor was awesome together, and the marinading process made the chicken very tender and moist. I also used chicken tenders for my kids to portion size a little bit.

Definitely one to use on a regular basis since it is so easy and delicious.

I am in love with this recipe - it is fast, cheap, easy, and produces so much flavor. Thank you!!!

I reduced the salt to 1 tsp for my pound of chicken breasts.

Very flavorful! I marinated for 8 hours, but was worried it would ruin the chicken with the vinegar and all. However, it was very moist, salty and flavorful. Next time I will used 2 Tbsp basil. Also, I used filets cause they are quicker cooking!

I made this recipe for the second time, last night for dinner. This is amazinly tasty for such a simple recipe. The only thing I did differently the second time was I cracked the peppercorns by putting them in a ziploc bag and pressing donw on them with the bottom of my pyrex measuring cup, before adding them to the marinade. Delicious!

OMG this was so good!!! My husband said this was the best chicken I ever made. I found it hard to beleive because it was so easy. But I had to agree with him, it was so flavorful and juicy. I marinated it for 10 hours and just fried it up in a none stick pan. I did add more red onions than it called for. I am making it again on Mon. night for my friends and can not wait. Thank you!!!
