A delicious and easy barbacue sauce to make. I had everything in the house. I also used half re-wine vinegar. Very good, and I will make this again. Everyone like this and as usual Giada always comes through with delicious recipes!!

Delicious and very easy to make. Everyone loves it. A friend and her very choosy 10 year old son were over for dinner and I prepared this dish. The 10 year old really liked it. We were happily amazed!

This recipe is so simple and easy -the outcome is amazing. I make this at least once a week. The flavor is great, i usually leave it marinating overnight to seal in more... but either way its WONDERFUL!

Saw this on line - read the reviews and decided to prepare for big family reunion. It was a huge hit! Very flavorable, moist and juicy. Since I was using 15# of chicken it took a little doing to duplicate the marinate but it worked out very well. Five gals at the party have asked for the recipe. Will surely make this one again!

It was a simple, good marinade. No bells and whistles. Fast.

The marinade is so easy and fast, using ingredients that most kitchens always have on hand.

When I want to have just plain grilled chicken, I follow the recipe exactly and grill the chicken on a Foreman grill for 10 minutes.

When I want to mix it up a little and add toppings like salsa or mozzarella to the chicken, I'll add a tbsp of olive oil and cut back a tsp of salt in order to create a basic marinade that will tenderize the meat, but not be too salty/flavorful.

    Perfect every time!

Double all the marinade ingredient amounts.

Grill with indirect heat, and try to keep the temperature around 400F.

    Amazing taste, and very juicy!

I've made this chicken twice - marinating it for only 2-3 hours - and it was great both times! The flavor is fantastic and it smells great on the grill! My friends were very impressed!

this was really easy and tasty. i let it marinate overnight and cooked it on the indoor grill. it took a lot longer than 4 minutes a side though, more like 10 minutes. maybe that's just because i was using the one inside. only thing i would have liked is if it had more basil flavor, next time i'll double that and see if i can taste it any more.
