This was a great recipe and not too hard to do either. Something different to do with checken. Nice for a romantic meal too!

Since I only had to make this for my husband and myself, I froze half of the stuffing and used it at a later date. It was just as good as the first time!

The only thing that was hard about this recipe was to get the chicken thin to wrap the stuffing, I haven't mastered that yet. Very tasty!!

This dish was not only easy to prepare, but presentation and taste were superb. My family thought I had been slaving on this all day. They can't wait for me to prepare this again soon.

These are great! However, the techniques in the written directions are a bit different than shown on the tv show. Brown the rolls then finish in the oven. My breast halves were large--about 8 oz. each and thus held all the filling just fine--and took 20 mintues in the oven to be just cooked through. Deglaze the pan with the wine then add the remaining ingredients and reduce til slightly thickened. Really nice with the squash saute also from this episode. Will definitley make again!

I did do a bit of doctoring to this recipe. Instead of the gorgonzola I used feta and blue cheese. It worked very well and tasted great. I suggest browning the chicken and then putting it in a casserole dish. It made the chicken more juicy and by mixing the juices from the dish with the sauce it made everything just more tasty.

This is an excellent recipe for chicken. We were a little tired of chicken, but this recipe livened things up a bit! The flavors are subtle, but delicious, and it's easy to make.
