I found it hard to roll these suckers but once done & they start coming together in the pan, it's easy from there, but the taste is well worth the preparation. Plus the Lemony White Wine Sauce is sooo good, I use it now on other chicken dishes when I don't want to go to the trouble of the stuffing part.

This was a great recipe but I really didn't like the sauce. I would make it again without the sauce.

I made this chicken tonight and it was fabulous! I had to use chicken tenders instead of breasts, but it still worked out quite well. I used canned chicken stock and it couldn't have tasted better! I will make this again for company! Even my three young children said they enjoyed this chicken!
    Thank you!

The sauce was alittle tart, but the chicken and stuffing was delicious. I had alot more spinach then I needed, but overall the dinner came out great.

I did not see this on tv, but it tastes great! Well, that is what my boyfriend thinks. Yes, it is a little hard to fold it all together, but put in a couple toothpicks and it works. I, personaly, did not like the gonazola cheese. Next time I think I will add mozz cheese. The sauce is very good, although it was like soup. I didn't figure out how to get it sauce---ey. In the end, my boyfriend loved it and that is all that matters. Oh yeah, comming home at three in the morning a little drunk, he ran into the kitchen and grabbed the rest of the filling that I stuck in the fridge and dipped crackers into.

This took a little longer to put together for the 1st. time and I had more stuffing than I needed, but, once it was cooked it was very good and very filling. I will make it often.
