Good to be sure, but this recipe is WAY too busy. Just Marinate skinless boneless chicken thighs (three times the flavor of breasts in 2 oz. tequila and a little Mexican hot sauce. Salt and pepper and grill on hot grill for about 6 minutes per side. Your guests will love it. Guaranteed!!

I added extra cayenne pepper for a bigger kick. This was a really yummy marinade though

Spicy, moist, delicious, fast and easy! Lots of flavor without having to marinade overnight.

Made this dish tonight, and my husband and I loved it. I didn't have cilantro for the marinade, so left it out. I also did not make the garnish, instead went with white rice and back beans. Excellent meal.

This recipe was very simple to prepare and full of flavor. I live in close proximity to Miami with a huge cuban and mexican influence and this recipe rivals any similar restaurant dish I have had.

I would have to change the length of prep time. Lots of chopping and dicing, especially if you make the salsa picante. But other than that, this is a definite keeper.
