Everyone I have made this for raves about it! The big bonus is that you can have all the ingredients on hand and it only takes a few minutes to make. Highly recommend it!

I use light cream cheese to save on calories and fat. My family asks me to make these at least once a month. Try mixing it upto I have used chocolate cake mix and took out the lemon juice and it tastes much like oreo cookie bars.

I used this recipie and in the end it was delicious. The instructions read to whip the cream cheese mixture until *Fluffy*. I never got fluffy, but instead was smooth and saucy like cream. I added another 4 ounces of cheese to the mix and it worked well. It set up well enough, I might go back and try it with just the eight ounces and see how it goes. Thanks.

I liked these lemon bars very much. I added the zest of the lemons to the crust and the filling to give it more lemony tartness, which I love. Next time I will bake the crust just a few minutes longer and I also used a lower fat cream cheese that worked great.
