Ingredients
  • 5 ounces unsalted butter
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium chipotle pepper
Directions
  • Melt butter in a small pan over low heat and set aside. Add all the remaining ingredients to a blender or a food processor. Turn blender on medium speed and slowly drizzle in the hot melted butter until all the butter is emulsified. Serve immediately.
