Ingredients
- 2 ounces fresh coconut water or Malibu rum
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 1 ounce vodka
- A spritz dry vermouth
- Lime wedge (shaken in the shaker, not squeezed)
Directions
Combine the coconut water, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, vermouth and lime wedge in a shaker. Shake for 1 minute. Serve cold. Repeat for additional servings.
