I had Red Lobster's version with asparagus, red peppers, shrimp, scallops and cracked pepper coated talapia. It was excellent. I would go back and have it again. Jeff's sauce made the dish for me

either I would make it myself or go to Red Lobster to try it. I am fan of Jefferey and I hope he becomes the next Food Net Work star and since his wife is Iranian I hope he brings some Iranian twist in some of his cooking.

Had the Red Lobster version with asparagus and red peppers, shrimp, scallops and cracked pepper coated talapia. My picky child and her picky child ate most of my plate. Can't wait to prepare at home.

I am looking forward to making this recipe, but Dorothy, I missed the asparagus ingredient? Did you add that?

Not only was Jeffrey's recipe well layered, the flavor was unique and refreshing. My son recently purchased a new charcoal grill, so I can't wait to share this with his family. The scallops and shrimp really add to this dish, and the asparagus marries well with the flavor of the broth--that was the most delicious broth I have ever tasted. I would so like to see Jeffrey to be the next food network star. His mellow demeanor matched with his professionality and his ability to produce original, fresh flavors really makes him lead the pack, in my opinion.

After watching the show last night I couldn't wait to go to Red Lobster to try the dish. I don't eat seafood often--definitely don't know how to cook it. But I absolutely LOVE the dish--the Asian broth was the best!

The dish has LOTS of flavors layered on top of each other--salty, sweet, tangy, spicy--flavor explosion--they just keep coming!

The recipe doesn't sound too overwhelming and I'm excited to try it myself--I definitely want to have this delicious taste experience over and over again!
