Delicious!!! I made this for my mom's birthday and it was a huge hit! Loved how easy it was so I could still socialize yet made an amazing meal. I highly recommend this. The clams were just perfect. I went to my local seafood market and they were pretty cheap.

An absolute winner! I substituted mussels for clams, and people gobbled this up like you can't even imagine - - I will definitely be making this again - it's my "blow their minds" go-to dish from now on!

I went to the local grocery store to buy clams and they were $25 for a 2lb bag. I substituted mussels and they were just as delicious! A very flavourful dish.

Both my husband and I loved this dish. I'll be making it again. Only thing-next time, I'll use far less soy sauce!!! (I used kikkomein soy, Japanese brand-maybe that is why it was so salty. We both particularly loved the peppery flavor and the freshness of the herbs, which in our opinion, "made" the dish sing! Thai you for sharing!
We're also having the snapper fish dish tonight. I can't comment yet-it's still in the oven. :
