I made this tonight for my boyfriend and I and my boyfriend exclaimed it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. For a healthier touch I used greek yogurt instead of mayo and it was still delicious. The heat of the jalapeno with the coolness of the greek yogurt added such a nice flavor to the earthiness of the Indian spices. I would definitely recommend this one.

TASTY! it took a few steps to make the burger, but it was well worth the wait! make sure to use some good curry powder--none of that cheap stuff, and you'll be good to go!

I left off the cucumber because i served it in a green salad, but my family loved the unique treatment of my usual sunday night staple, a combo of hamburger and meatloaf - and still nice enough to have it outside on the grill...so satisfying! Does Ms. Chang have her own restaurant, or show?
