Malibu and Pineapple
- 1 1/4 ounces coconut rum (recommended: Malibu Rum)
- Pineapple juice, to fill
Pour coconut rum into a 10-ounce rocks glass over ice. Add pineapple juice to fill. Stir and serve with a short straw.
