    Easy to make, cilantro a little overpowering to those not used to it, but even my kids loved this tasty slaw. Served it in the pineapple "canoes" and that helped cut the spice a little. Overall, easy and tastes great!

    This slaw is hardly "easy". Nearly severed a hand trying to open/peel the mangoes and jicama. That being said, I addedone teaspoon of cumin, cut way back on the cilantro and it is now chilling. My sample taste was pretty good, and, hopefully, my guests will enjoy it.

    This slaw had so much moisture in it, it was like drinking a slushy, plus a whole bunch of cilantro was overpowering even to the cilantro lover. It was not a hit at my dinner party. I ended up throwing the whole thing out while at the table after seeing the guests reaction.

    This easy to make slaw is light and cool and it makes a healthy side dish to any grilled meat. I made it as a side dish with carne sada for a lunch with the girls and they all loved it!
