Ingredients
- 1 cup diced fresh mango
- 1/4 cup hydrated sun-dried tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup scallion, diced
- 2 ounces lime juice
- 2 ounces olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
Directions
