Me Encanto Marcela!!!! Gracias, super amazing! i have always wanted to know how to make pollo adobado, like the mercados, i never thought it was Chile Guajillos. The only thing i did add more of at the end was sal y pimienta, along with adobo sazon, the red top one, lightly. Perfect amount of flavor for my latin house. Thank you for an amazing recipe. wish i could post a foto for everyone!!!

This was a last minute recipe search and it turned out so delicious. Ended up grilling the chicken and serving it with basmati rice, black beans and broccoli. My husband said even the marinade smelled incredible. Will add this to our dinner rotations, a nice addition to recipes for what to do with a whole chicken!

Made with exact ingredients and felt it was just okay. I would say it was just me but my husband felt the same and our tastes differ in food. It wasn't bad, maybe we were expecting more flavor and we love things spicy. I like Marcela but this recipe is not one I would make again. Happy cooking to all! :

I did this recipe with chicken drumsticks and thighs instead and it was fabulous...my husband ate all the leftovers I was supposed to have for work the next day...oh well, at least I knew he enjoyed it!

I have just recently started watching Marcela and saw this recipe. It was excellent the chicken was so moist. I also made the onions from this episode everything was great will make again.

Great recipe, very easy to make. I made a msitake though and used freshly squeezed orange juice instead of chicken broth. Loved it, I think the orange juice only made it better!

Good flavor!!! All the ingredients were easy to find and was fun to make. I tried it with pork and it was EXCELLENT!
