I made this turkey for Thanksgiving, this was my first time ever to make a turkey, usually my mom makes one and my grandomother makes another... Well this time I made the turkey and everyone loved it. It looked really good. I was so proud, I even took a picture. : We had some left over, so I took all the meat off of the turkey and put it in with the sauce.... MMMMMMMmmmm. Super good like that too. We had turkey tacos the next day with some crema mexicana..... Delicioso!!! And today I am making the turkey again, requested by my mom. Will def. be making it next year a few times.

We didn't care for this recipe, the chile's didn't have much flavor and I didn't like the sauce made from the juices. I was hoping for more tequila flavor. Prefer Alton Brown's brine and turkey recipe, won't do this one again.

I tried this recipe on Thanksgiving. It was absolutely delicious. My whole family truly enjoyed it. We usually have a lot of left overs at the end of the day, but this time there were NONE. I think this Turkey recipe will become out new family tradition.

This is the best turkey I've every had. I originally tried the recipe on a chicken. My family loved it. I decided to brine the turkey with some of the same flavors used in the recipe. After the brine, I followed the recipe. My family adored the turkey. It was extremely juicy. This recipe is a keeper.

This was the best turkey we have had in years. We usually tend to avoid turkey because any recipe we make either dries it up or is not tasty. This one was perfectly juicy and delicious! The extra sauce for the turkey instead of gravy made it very yummy! It was a big hit!
