    With so many ripe mangos and just caught spinny lobster during mini season, this salad was wonderful!!
    I would also substitue shrimp if I had to and might give it a kick with a habenero next time!!

    I made it for my family and they loved it! I took it to a party and it blew everyone away. I will definitely follow Camila's advice and make it as a dinner salad. If on a budget, substitute lobster tail for crab meat or even flaked tilapia. Viva Marcela Valladolid!

    We added a homemade cilantro lime dressing & double the recipe to make it more of a dinner salad. This was an excellent recipe will definitely make again.
